Events & Content Creation: Events and activities, including filming or photographing, may be recorded for promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to this use.

Refund & Returns Policy

Entry Fees: Non-refundable. If an event is canceled, entry fees will not be refunded.
Memberships: Memberships purchased through Patreon are non-refundable. They will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, regardless of cancellation.
Event Cancellations: No credits or refunds will be issued for canceled or rescheduled events.
Service Issues: Contact us within 24 hours of any service issue. We will review the concern but do not guarantee any form of compensation.
Requests: All requests for refunds or returns must be in writing with relevant details. Non-compliant requests will be denied.
Policy Changes: Updates will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Reservations Policy

Making a Reservation: Available via our website, phone, or email. Provide date, time, and guest number.
Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent. Please check and confirm the details.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in a no-show fee.
Modifications: Contact us to modify reservations. We will accommodate changes based on availability.
Special Requests: Communicate any special requests at the time of reservation. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill them.
Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain events or large parties. It will be applied to your final bill or refunded per our policy.
